Beware of schoolchildren I

In Madrid, a beware-of-schoolchildren sign placed near schools.

Note that in Spain traffic drives on the right, so the schoolchildren are running to the left, presumably to indicate the danger of them running into the road. Contrast with British schoolchildren signs, shown here, which also tend to have an older girl looking after a younger boy, in contrast to the perhaps more traditional arrangement shown here.
