Lorries banned from Usk
This pair of signs signal that lorries are banned from the centre of Usk, (specifically I think from the bridge over the river Usk) and that they use satellite technology to enforce it. How that works, I don’t know. Is there real-time surveillance from satellites so that they could catch the lorry in the act? Can satellites read registration plates if they are directly above the vehicle?
