The sign is hinged, so that the toad can be hidden, presumably when drivers are not at risk of skidding on them.

You wonder what event caused them to put up this sign (in the Marina at Marbella).
Not strictly a roadsign. The fish looks so round and succulent that it looks more likely to encourage poaching than discourage it. Calling it theft seems a little over the top. I wonder who actually owns fishing rights at the lockside on the river Avon.
The other languages besides English seem to be Polish and Bulgarian.
The sign itself is a little bland but the drawings of the car and the towaway truck underneath are special. Is that an old Peugeot car? This is outside the bullring.
No indicators at all on French signs.
